Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Expanded in 2022, our guests enjoy an open, bright, cheerful great room and kitchen and a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. The house boasts a new 15x35 pool (heating available) with a full-width splash/lounge pad and a spacious pool deck including a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless hot water heaters, individual temperature controls for 3 new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed WiFi with a mesh router system, and a spacious outside shower. Once you walk into the home you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.

Level 1: Sitting room with 65” TV, pull-out couch, high-top table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom. Outdoor shower. Access to carport and pool area.
