Shore Lake on 88th is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home accommodating 8 guests that sits on Shore Lake. Sitting on the dock of the shore is right out your back door! When you walk into the home you notice a wall of sliding doors that lead to the outdoor paradise. The backyard is a private fully screened-in oasis where you will find your pool along with a covered lounging area and a fire pit! This home is a comfortable place to relax during vacation. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and comes with everything you might need to make dinner and stay in for a movie night. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private door to the pool. All 3 bedrooms have their own TV. 2 full beds in one of the guest rooms and a Queen size in the 3rd bedroom. This Shore Lake Home is perfect for making memories and hanging out in your own backyard! Indian Rocks Beach is only 6 miles away! Get ready to sink your toes into the warm sand & the beautiful Gulf Coast waters!

Kitchen: Granite countertops, refrigerator w/ ice & water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, knife block, waffle maker, Instant Pot, and 3 bar stools. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Round glass top table with 6 chairs, bookshelf with games, large sliding door to the pool.
Living Room: Sofa, 2 armchairs, bench, TV & console table, arcade game, and a large sliding door to the pool.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside table, TV, ceiling fan, sliding door to the pool, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Step-in shower and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Has 2 full-size beds, TV, ceiling fan, and bedside table.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, bedside table, and closet.
Garage: Full-size washer and dryer.
Outdoor Oasis: Heated pool, small table w/ 2 chairs, pool toys, covered lounge style sitting area with sofa and rocking chairs, ceiling fan, and fire pit. The gas grill and additional chairs are out by the dock.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces, one in the garage and two in the driveway. There is no street or grass parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
