Thank you for your valued feedback. We want to clarify that during the guests stay, our property manager was always accessible, promptly addressing all inquiries and issues. While we usually provide ongoing support after a booking, in this case, we stopped communication due to harrying messages from the guest. We are not authorized to expedite any processes on VRBOs behalf. After we've fulfilled our responsibilities, there's nothing more we can do, as we've already explained to the guest. We acknowledged there was a communication breakdown within our team at the time, which we've since resolved. Nothing like this has ever come up at our property and have ensured that no miscommunication like this ever happens again. This led to a partial refund on a non-refundable booking, as we believed the guests arrival was scheduled for the next day, no one lied, we were extremely transparent. Upon the guests arrival, we noted a box on the stove and some minor cleaning needed, the floor needed to be vacuumed, everything else was complete but, we acknowledge that perception is reality. We immediately offered to send a cleaning team to rectify this, but regrettably, the offer was declined multiple times at no cost to the guest. The cleaning fee was also refunded to the guest. We take responsibility for this and did our utmost to rectify the situation on the spot. Lastly, it's worth noting that the initial difficulty in entering the home was due to a failure to follow the provided instructions for the entry code. We appreciate your understanding as we continuously work to improve our services.
