contemporary design.  Five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms make this a perfect place
for a large family, several couples or two small families. We designed our home to give our
guests warmth with all the amenities for comfort, convenience, and coziness. No need tow sorry about power in our small town. We have a generator that can handle the entire house. We have two private decks
for and grilling with an abundance of furniture for dining, relaxing, or yoga with the view of the
Chugach Mountain Range. Everyone will have the space they need with this home. Soak in the
warmth of the private hot tub including robes, slippers, and heated towels or warm up by the
fireplace watching a movie on your 75” flat screen.
Our open concept floorplan allows all to be together in the kitchen, dining and living area.
Plenty of games in the loft accommodating all ages with a working desk and monitor. If you
bring the little ones, let us know. We have you covered with highchair, pack n play and right
sized plasticware!
The garage includes racking for skis, boot heaters, fishing rod storage, cooler for use, and a
refrigerator/ freezer to store fish. Bicycles available upon request.
