Steps from beach! Recent Remodel!

Our home was remodeled for the 2023 season. Brand new everything!

Located in Rock Landing, New Seabury -- a 5 minute walk to the Popponesset Marketplace and steps from the neighborhood's private beach. It's a 10 minute drive to Mashpee Commons and grocery stores. It's the perfect location.

The house underwent a big renovation this winter, which includes a brand new kitchen, new floors throughout, new paint throughout, new furniture, finishing the basement to create a studio living space, and a brand new deck out back with a large dining table and umbrella. THESE ARE THE PROGRESS PHOTOS. We are missing some appliance panels, furniture, and window treatments but everything will be done in about two weeks!

We put a TLC into our home. We mixed high end pieces with steals from brand names, like Target. The home is child-friendly - we're always there with our kids, but we ask that you respect it like you would your home. Vacation is a time to get together with friends and family but we also ask that no parties happen at the house without pre-approval. The house includes: open kitchen, dining, living room + 2BR with king beds + a loft with two double beds and two twin beds + a family room/TV area + a finished basement with a queen bed, seating area with TV, and small table. There are three full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and Adirondack chairs out front to enjoy the water views. A brand new deck and 8 person dining table with umbrella. The only rooms not undergoing significant renovations are the bathrooms - we've decided to keep them as is until next winter.

I'm happy to have a call to answer questions so please don't hesitate to reach out. I grew up in Mashpee so I know the Cape really well. I'm in the process of putting together a Welcome Packet that will have recommendations for things to do all over the Cape. I think I was a travel planner in my past life, so I love answering questions about activities before your arrival and I'm more than happy to make recommendations. Please reach out!

A perfect location and house

This was a vacation for 6. My husband and our daughter/husband and 2 boys (5 and 8). Great neighborhood. The boys were able to play baseball in the back yard. We used the screen door when we were not outside. You can see the ocean from the house and the beach is beautiful. It was also a perfect location for side trips. One day we took a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Another day we went deep sea fishing. We can’t wait to go back.

Just as advertised...

The house and the location are just what you see listed. The house is beautiful; the kitchen is open and modern, the first floor is spacious and the bedrooms are large. The owner was accommodating, accessible and made it easy. The location is on a very quiet private road and the path to the beach is across the street. It was a wonderful way to spend a week on the Cape in September and we hope to stay there again.

Great Property all around

House was in a great location near the beach and remote enough so you are not in the middle of everything so is nice and quiet. The house was a great size for our group with beds and baths on all 3 levels. The house is very modern and newly remodeled. The host was great and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

Great family home and location

House was beautiful and location was great. Steps to a beach that was only our family most of the time. Short walk to a great little shopping and restaurant area. Owner was super responsive and helpful.

I grew up in Mashpee and it's a dream come to be bringing my children back there to enjoy all the things I loved about growing up. My parents still live in Mashpee, and my husbands parents live in Boston, so we use the home as a gathering place for everyone to be together. This is our first (and only) rental property.
