Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the picturesque Frog's Pond from the living room with cathedral ceilings, or while sitting on the expansive outdoor deck. In the evening, relax by a fire pit that overlooks the front of the pond. Kitchen renovated in 2016 with granite countertops, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and wine refrigerator. First level contains the primary bedroom with king bed, smart TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom, and in a separate wing, there are two guest bedrooms (one with queen; one with two twins) each with direct outdoor access to a separate patio, and another full bath. Second level presents additional living area with couches and a third flat screen TV. Grill and kayaks provided. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. AGE 28+ to rent.
Things to know:
-The pond can be used for kayaking, paddle boarding, and swim at own risk.
-The closest public beach is the South Cape Beach, which is 8-10 minute drive away by car (approx. 3 miles away) and has a public parking lot. (Note that the beaches that appear on the map as walking distance from the house are all private access only and unfortunately not accessible to guests of this home.)
-All bedrooms are on the ground level - no stairs required!
-Great views of the pond from almost every room in the house.
