Regarding the golf cart, our digital guidebook; which is sent one week prior to arrival and again on the day of check-in; does note that golf carts are not allowed on this property. We are very sorry if that information was missed and understand how disappointing that situation must have been. As for the supplies, we provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags, and this is outlined on all of our booking platforms. We do this so guests can plan ahead based on the length of their stay and number of people in their group. We appreciate your other suggestions and will pass them along to the appropriate parties.
