Das Townhome bietet gehobene Ausstattung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern sowie bequemen Zugang zum Strand und zum Golf von Mexiko. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Ihrer Hintertür entfernt. Dies ist der perfekte Strandurlaub, um die weißen Strände und das smaragdgrüne Wasser zu genießen. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Die große Queen Master Suite verfügt über einen begehbaren Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, eine entspannende Sitzecke mit Sofa und Flachbildfernseher sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und einer eigenen Duschkabine. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten. In der Haupthalle befindet sich ein Vollbad mit Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination, die beide Schlafzimmer gemeinsam nutzen können. Das Hotel liegt im Erdgeschoss vierten Queen Guest Schlafzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Komplettes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine in der Haupthalle. The house is well-equipped- beautiful towels, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, nice washer and dryer- We had plenty of room to hang out together. The balconies are great, the views are stunning, and the beach is the prettiest. Location was perfect, we visited Navarre's awesome Zoo- close up to the animals made it fun for the kids, highly recommend. The Aquarium was great, too. Easy drive to parks, ice cream, restaurants, the pier, and even to Pensacola to the museum. So much to do, we loved it. The best part was watching every sunrise AND sunset from our balcony everyday. This beach house was perfect and we will be back.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great for access to the beach. Property was clean and pretty well stocked with everything needed, included beach towels. Kitchen had most everything needed for cooking, could use a few items like teaspoons which is a minor item. Dishwasher went out, but management came and washed dishes one day after contacting them, then replaced the dishwasher within two days. Has downstairs storeroom with beach chairs and many other beach items for guests use. Would stay there again.

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

Overall this place worked out well for our family. The boardwalk to the beach was recently redone and was very nice. Also, the outdoor shower with HOT water was a nice surprise! The kitchen has just about everything you might need (and we make most of our meals while we are there, so it is nice to have a fully stocked kitchen) The kitchen and living space is an all open area—so we could food prep without missing out on the family conversation. We love staying in Navarre and would have no problem staying at this home again.

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach

Everything was great! Honestly it was better in person. The pictures are kindof dark. Everything is much brighter when you get there. Being right on the beach was amazing! We had all of our kids here for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. I would warn older folks or people that struggle with stairs because there are a lot of them but it was nice to get the excercise. Chad will be a great help if you have any questions or need anything.

My only negative remarks would be about the condition of the wooden decks and walkway to the beach. There are numerous areas with sharp splintered wood, making it unsafe to be barefooted. Shoes were a must when walking on the wooden decks.
