Das Townhome bietet gehobene Ausstattung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern sowie bequemen Zugang zum Strand und zum Golf von Mexiko. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Ihrer Hintertür entfernt. Dies ist der perfekte Strandurlaub, um die weißen Strände und das smaragdgrüne Wasser zu genießen. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Die große Queen Master Suite verfügt über einen begehbaren Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, eine entspannende Sitzecke mit Sofa und Flachbildfernseher sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und einer eigenen Duschkabine. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten. In der Haupthalle befindet sich ein Vollbad mit Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination, die beide Schlafzimmer gemeinsam nutzen können. Das Hotel liegt im Erdgeschoss vierten Queen Guest Schlafzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Komplettes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine in der Haupthalle. Perfect Getaway to relax

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach

Everything was great! Honestly it was better in person. The pictures are kindof dark. Everything is much brighter when you get there. Being right on the beach was amazing! We had all of our kids here for our wedding and we wouldn’t change a thing. I would warn older folks or people that struggle with stairs because there are a lot of them but it was nice to get the excercise. Chad will be a great help if you have any questions or need anything.

Beach time during Cristobal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the good fortune to visit Navarre during a tropical storm. The edge of Cristobal skirted the area making the beach a no go until 6 days into our trip. However Navarre never disappoints. The home was clean and comfortable. The space good for our family of 6. The deck seating was perfect, high enough to see over the railing and enough for everyone. I would recommend you bring any special things you need for any kitchen duty. As we were social distancing we ate all our meals “at home.” There was not a 9x13 baking pan. They had a great supply of specialty forks for our shrimp and crab boil night. As well as several claw crackers. I would like to have had an additional set of flatware so we did not have to wash immediately after each meal. However there was enough for a service. Overall a good place to social distance at the beach.

Perfect location, home in poor condition

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home last March - when Covid hit - hoping for a socially-distanced family option for Thanksgiving. We needed this break. We typically stay on the other side of this townhouse but it was booked. This house is in a perfect location. They even accommodated a slightly early check-in time. Getting in/out of the home was easy and it is a perfect location for the beach. Unfortunately we had numerous issues - night one the smoke detector downstairs kept beeping. They sent someone out to just take it down (no battery replacement). About 50% of all lightbulbs were out (only a couple bulbs were lit in the huge entry light), the laundry door was broken (washer/dryer VERY old), and the garbage disposal in the sink leaked under the cabinet each use - we informed management of these but never heard back. Making Thanksgiving dinner was tough with the leaking disposal. Beyond those items, the upstairs smoke detector kept beeping (we didn’t call as we didn’t want another one just uninstalled given our 2020 luck), the carpet throughout is worn down, the living room center curtain/shade couldn’t be brought down (it was ripped) so sleeping in the living room on the pullout was an early wake up, living room rug stained. The kitchen had lots of dishes and serveware/bakeware but we needed to rewash it all and nothing really matched. Looked like a bunch of dishware left behind over the years. Just all in all not as well appointed as the unit next door and run-down. Perfect location but overpriced for the condition of the townhome.

Wow! We have stayed in dozens of beach houses over the years…Sea Side is definitely our new favorite! Spotless, well appointed, with easy and private beach access. Just amazing! We already have plans for coming back next year.

Spring Break 2023

Overall this place worked out well for our family. The boardwalk to the beach was recently redone and was very nice. Also, the outdoor shower with HOT water was a nice surprise! The kitchen has just about everything you might need (and we make most of our meals while we are there, so it is nice to have a fully stocked kitchen) The kitchen and living space is an all open area—so we could food prep without missing out on the family conversation. We love staying in Navarre and would have no problem staying at this home again.

Great location and home

This home worked out well for 7 of us with eating and cooking. Large island area and table allowed us all to eat together. Very comfortable outdoor furniture and sufficient chairs available to take to the beach, which was right outside. Bedrooms were all comfortable and well stocked with towels. Beach towels were also provided which was an unexpected bonus.
