Bright and Spacious Home Near Downtown Lafayette

Fully furnished bright and spacious home designed with maximum comfort for short-term and extended-stay guests. You'll enjoy many added extras that will make it a great environment to not only work but also to cook, work out, sleep, play, and explore the great outdoors. Unique amenities include sit/stand set up, additional monitors, a printer, work out station, an adjustable king-sized bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location offers easy access for runners/bikers to the 14-mile Coal Creek Trail and Lake Waneka Park.

The location is easy walking distance to Old Town Lafayette, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and trails - you'll have everything you need to nest for a while. Centrally located close to Boulder, Longmont, Denver, and Golden.

The space
We pride ourselves in providing a space that you would want to stay for a while. With that in mind, we offer the following additional amenities above what is usually provided:

- Two separate office spaces, sit/stand options, second monitor for each desk, printer, high speed internet, ergonomic office chairs, and pin boards.

- Kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking pots/pans, kitchenware (bowls, plates, mugs), kitchen appliances (blenders, rice cookers) and spices.

- Workout station includes a pull-up bar and hangboard for climbers, a rower, a balance board, foam rollers, yoga mat, and resistance bands.

- Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with adjustable head and feet settings on each side. Both bedrooms include memory foam mattress toppers and extra blankets/pillows.

- Sleeping spaces are as follows - Master bedroom king bed (2 people), spare bedroom queen bed (2 people), queen sized pullout couch (2 people), full sized air mattress (1 person).

- East facing, sunny, outdoor patio for morning coffee.

- Various board games and books to entertain.

- Camping chairs, tables to borrow for free.

- F250 Truck and/or full camper top (with kitchen, flushing toilet, hot shower, heating, AC) and camping gear also available for rent. A discount is provided for our AirBNB guests.

Guest access
Guest will be able to access all parts of the home, but the attached garage will be inaccessible.

Although the neighborhood is centrally located and walking distance to Old Town Lafayette, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and the public library - it is nestled in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. If you love scenic views, Lake Waneka Park is also walking distance and offers a running track, workout stations, large playground, picnic shelters, frisbee golf, a dock, and a bird watching platform. For running/biking aficionados, the 14-mile Coal Creek Trail is also easily accessible.

Getting around
Most things you will need are within walking distance. The city of Lafayette provides a free shuttle to take you anywhere in Lafayette if you prefer not to walk. The house also provides quick access to major roads which make it a short commute to Boulder (18 mins), Denver (25 min), Louisville (2 mins), Longmont (15 mins), and Golden (25 mins). Public transit to any of these cities are also easily available.
