Backyard with grill, firepit, and hot tub (shared amenities with any guests in the Main House). Being in the HOT TUB while it is snowing is like being inside a life-sized snow globe. Or, at night looking up at the stars, both mesmerizing experiences to behold.

The property can get snowy/icy in the winter. You are accessing the property at your own risk. The path and stairs up to the guest house can get wet/snowy/icy. Also, if it snows days before your stay or during your stay the roads will get plowed however you may need 4 wheel drive or tire chains in order to safely traverse the roads.

Air Conditioning in the summer - Portable AC available for the hottest part of the summer. Primary source of cooling, though, is the cool nighttime air. We send instructions on how to cool the home efficiently.

Heat in the winter - Central A/C furnace. Fireplace provides some heat but is mainly aesthetic.

Kachina Village is a quiet and peaceful community just 5-10 minutes south of Flagstaff. The property is backed by a large ravine, dense with pine trees. There is a deck accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Book your tranquil getaway today.

No Parties – Monitored Home Warning:
VRBO has banned parties. Parties are not just disallowed at this home, they are illegal at short term vacation rentals in Arizona. Do not attempt to host a party. A party is defined as having more people on this property than it's occupancy (2), and/or having more cars than this listing allows (1), and/or having excessive noise. Violating any of these three things will result in eviction, rent will not be reimbursed, and you will forfeit your damage deposit. In all cases you, as the guest, are fully responsible for all damage done to properties you rent. The property has video cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside. There is also a Noise Monitoring system. If you are not hosting a party you have nothing to worry about. The noise monitoring is not listening or recording what is being said. These systems are solely in place to protect the home and prevent disputes with our neighbors. We have been vacation rental Premiere Hosts for over 7 years.
