Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's needs are effortlessly met. The condo provides a full bathroom. Step outside to discover a wealth of amenities, including a beachside gym, a refreshing pool, and a BBQ area perfect for grilling. Additional features include free parking on the premises and street parking. We provide dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience.

Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from this condo! Located on a mid-level floor, accessible by elevator. This apartment includes a washer/dryer. Guests can access the beach, gym, and pool. Parking is available for one car, with additional street parking. The condo is stocked with essentials like dish soap, laundry soap, and toiletries.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Discover the charm of Hauula! Our oceanfront property offers direct beach access, perfect for snorkeling in the protected waters thanks to the nearby reef. You'll find a variety of dining options steps away, including the Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand, and a convenience store with local food. Explore the Polynesian Cultural Center, just a short 5-mile drive, or visit Laie Beach Park for body surfing (5 minutes away). Turtle Bay Resort, with its golf courses and restaurants, and the famed North Shore surfing beaches are also within easy reach. For winter visitors, witness the impressive 30-40 foot waves and world-class surfing along the North Shore. Don't miss Waimea Bay and Waimea Falls Park, or the shops and restaurants in Haleiwa. Horseback riding is also available nearby, and the beach is right at your doorstep!
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.
