The Space:

Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this stunning oceanfront condo, easily accessible via two elevators. The condo features a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's comfort. Guests can access the entire condo, beach, and gym. Included is reserved parking for one car. We provide essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper for a premium, hassle-free family experience. Relax and unwind in this beautiful space. Stay in comfort: This unit has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom!



Guest Access:

As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled directly on the beach in Hauula, this condominium offers immediate access to the protected waters, ideal for snorkeling. Just a half-block away, across the street, you'll find a variety of dining options, including a Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand, and a convenience store with a local food counter. For cultural experiences, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii's top paid attraction, is less than 5 miles away. Nearby amenities include a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores. Laie Beach Park, just a 5-minute drive, provides bigger waves for body surfing. A short drive will take you to the Turtle Bay Resort, with its golf courses and restaurants, as well as the world-famous North Shore surfing beaches. During winter, witness 30 to 40-foot waves and world-class surfers along the North Shore. Explore Waimea Bay, Waimea Falls Park, and the charming town of Haleiwa with its art galleries and restaurants. Horseback riding is also available nearby, completing the picture of a perfect beachfront getaway.



Getting Around:

Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.
