Diese schön eingerichtet mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmer Villa ein voller Größe Küche und einen kombinierten Wohn- / Essbereich. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das zweite Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten und es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon vor dem Wohnbereich verfügt über einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes hat Zugriff auf den Pool am Meer. Ocean Dunes befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Insel entlang South Forest Beach Drive und eine kurze Strecke von Coligny Plaza und Coligny Beach Park. Der Ocean Dunes Komplex ist ein Hotel am Meer, das etwa 70 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Jede Einheit in Ocean Dunes hat drahtlosen Internet-Service und Zugang zu den "Neu" Pool direkt am Meer und Picknickbereich. Beautiful

We stayed here for fall break & loved it! Great oceanfront view, very clean, nice big showers, & comfy beds!! Close to Coligny Park that has little shops & restaurants within walking distance! Short drive to Sea Pines/Harbour Town! We will definitely try staying at this Villa again!

Memorial weekend

Nicely renovated. Had issues with secondary bedroom air conditioner but they replaced the unit and all was good. Wifi was out and not fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has great views of S Forrest Beach. The pictures were very accurate, this particular condo unit has very casual, basic furniture and a simple beach feel. It's a very clean unit and the furniture is less upscale than some units in the building. We found W/D useful and parking is very close. This is our third condo we've rented at this property and it has nice sized rooms. Building outdoor carpeting is a bit older / worn. Each unit privately owned/decorated and vary in classic vs beach-casual feel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location-fabulous!!! and in general the unit was good. Please fix up the kitchen a bit though... peeling shelf paper in the cabinets is quite bad! Not very well stocked either: needs a cutting board for goodness sake! and the non-stick saute pan needs replacing- it's very old and the coating's peeling off into the food; we couldn't use it. Overall, it is a good unit and we had a good time. The kitchen just needs some TLC.

Great location and amenities

Great condo for small families! Reasonably priced for an oceanfront unit. Close to Coligny Plaza and across the street from the check-in office. Short drive to other popular local restaurants. The heated pool was great for kids in mid-May! It's not very deep so it was ideal for young ones. Beach access directly in front of building. We were also able to use the Hilton's beach bar/restaurant next door for Starbucks or lunch, which was convenient. My only criticism is the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of sand and crumbs on floor, kitchen island, and countertops. I had to do some cleaning upon arrival in order for the unit to feel comfortable. Improving cleanliness would make a big difference! Also, it would be worth it to invest in a good coffee pot. A small suggestion, but necessary in my opinion.

This room was awesome, when we arrived the room was spotless smelled fresh and clean was stocked and ready for our stay. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone. We will definitely be re booking this room in the future.
