Welcome to Paradise Palms, boasting a sprawling 4,000 sq. ft. under roof, and another huge outdoor private tiki oasis that feels like your own luxury resort! Accommodations to Make Everyone Feel at Home Our coastal gem is newly furnished and sleeps up to 18 guests comfortably. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, we’ve thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements for everyone: • 3 King Beds ( 3 Bedrooms with a King Bed in each room. (Master bedroom has a queen and King) . • (2) Queen Memory Foam Beds, Bunk style. This means a Queen over Queen and Twin/Full Bunk w/ a trundle also in Bedroom 4. • (2) Futons located in the den space. This room has a large Tv and French doors that close for privacy. Sheets and comforters provided. Good for kids or a younger group. Bathrooms: 3.5 baths • There are two rooms with King beds that have full baths connected. •The bunk room and 3rd King room share a full bath space. •There is an additional 1/2 bath as well off the kitchen and connects to pool area . A Resort-Style Outdoor Paradise! Step outside into your private sanctuary! • Relax at the custom-built Tiki bar, perfect for enjoying drinks with friends or snapping those Instagram-worthy photos. • For some additional fun, we've built a putting green for all you Golf fans! Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool with a tranquil waterfall feature. $20 fee per day if you'd like the water heated to 82-88. During winter months we will do our best to get the pool heated but really cold night may effect the temperature which is out of our control. Tell host if you'd like to request this. • Soak your cares away in the oversized hot tub. All of this is nestled on 2 lush acres, providing endless privacy and a true feeling of “sea-clusion.” The screened-in lanai and outdoor spaces are straight out of a tropical dream, making every moment unforgettable. Serene Neighborhood Vibes Located in Kensington Estates, our home offers the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. Each home in the area sits on large 2+ acre lots, surrounded by trees for a peaceful, secluded feel. While the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels so everyone can enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Close to All the Action Inverness, the nearest town, is just 10 minutes away and offers all the essentials, including Walmart, Lowe’s, Olive Garden, and a movie theater. Explore charming downtown shops, restaurants, and local attractions. For adventure seekers, Homosassa and Crystal River are only 15-20 minutes away, where you can: • Kayak through stunning springs • Swim with manatees • Go scalloping, deep-sea fishing, or even wild hog hunting The Nature Coast offers endless outdoor adventures, from exploring scenic trails to unforgettable wildlife encounters, to some of the best golfing around!!
