Dieses geräumige Stadthaus befindet sich an der Basis von Clearbrook befindet ich nur über das Tal von Loon Mountain. Mit fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder diese fünf Ebene Stadthaus bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen.

Geben Sie zu einem Foyer und den Kopf nach oben in der Hauptküche, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Der Wohnbereich bietet eine Rundum-Ledercouch, Liebe Sitz, Flachbildschirm-TV und Gas-Kamin. Die Küche ist neu mit Edelstahl-Geräte, reichlich Ablagefläche und Theke Platz für sechs Personen umgebaut, während der Esstisch einen zusätzlichen Platz für acht Personen. Auch auf dieser Ebene ist ein Vollbad, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten und Zugang zum kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf bewaldetes Gelände. Bis eine andere Ebene ist eine Landung mit einem Sitzbereich und den Waschraum ausgestattet. Eine weitere Treppe und Sie befinden sich im obersten Stockwerk des Stadthauses, in dem sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Fernseher und Klimaanlage befindet. ein Vollbad und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Zurück zur Eingangsfoyer und gehen die Treppe hinunter auf die unterste Ebene des Stadthauses, das als seine eigene kleine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad sowie ein Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenzeile Bereich konzipiert. Ein Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene hält ein französisches Bett und Fernsehen, während das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Reihe von Pyramide (Doppel / full) Etagenbetten.

Genießen Sie das Dorf Schwimmen, Tennis und Fitness Club mit zwei Hallenbäder, zwei Außenpools, drei Whirlpools (draußen), Sauna, Fitnessraum und 12 Tennisplätze für Ihren Genuss.

Nice place for vacation

Nice property close to attractions and wonderful indoor pool/jacuzzi. House is comfortable and has several beds. Only the kitchen cabinets (doors) needs maintenance. The shower in the basement doesn’t work. Overall is really good and we were satisfied.

Awesome place at Loon Mountain

This place has everything you need. We stayed with family 12 people and we had beds for everyone and extras. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker which great. Seating on the island for everyone and a table for 10. 3 levels with a bathroom in each level extra living room and tvs everywhere. Location is good. The only minor thing you have to get in the car to go the the pools. Overall, great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Did not encounter any problems with any of the utilities or parking situation. Location is minutes away from the mountain and the pool/jacuzzi facility was very nice. I highly recommend anyone who is interested to stay here! I am planning to do so myself. Thank you for the amazing vacation and see you next year!!!

We're happy that you were pleasantly surprised! :) But this home does not sleep more than 12 people. The only way to keep it nice is to not overcrowd it and respect the owner's wishes on limiting the number of guests. Thanks!

Thank you for your comments. This was a very rare occurrence (with previous guests having mistreated the home). We do appreciate you letting us know, so that we were able to come up and do a remedial cleaning. The homeowner has been updating some items in the home every year, but as a very large home, that does take some time. We do hope that you will give us another try.

Great location, needs updating and cleaning.

We had a fun time in Lincoln during the break. The 5 bedrooms were enough to accommodate our families...skiing at Loon is always good, although crowded during school vacation week. Location was great, but the unit was very dated and it doesnt seem like there was much effort in keeping the place clean, repaired or up to date. Kitchen cabinets were from the 80s and many of the doors were falling off the hinges. The rugs did not look like there were cleaned in 30 years. There were holes in the walls, cracked flooring, and drafty windows. All in all, the place was adequate.....location was great.....would not be our first choice when we come back next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a pungent odor in the home. The rental company was responsive and came out to inspect. They did provide air fresheners, however, not the way you want to begin a stay. Property had good couch seating area and plenty of dishes. The property was very drafty. One bedroom did not get heat. Many of the outlets did not hold plugs, they would simply fall out of the socket. Property could be fabulous if a full update was completed.

Small Annoyances but Quick Responses!

The place was fine overall, but there were several things that either didn't work or were difficult to navigate. For instance, the cupboard doors were loose and the hinges were not connected on some, the garbage disposal leaked which we didn't realize until the bowl put under the leak overflowed, the can opener was non-functional, the shower on the lower level was difficult to turn on, and many of the glasses were not clean when we got there. But the property management was very fast to act when we notified them of any issues that we had. The maintenance man brought a new garbage disposal within 20 minutes of our call to the office and he was very courteous and asked us if he was going to be in the way while he fixed the unit. When I had trouble with not receiving the email with the lockbox code, I was forwarded the information within minutes. The courteousness and quick response of the property management staff far outweighed any small annoyances we had with our stay!

Was not the light bulb. 3. Lacking correct amount of kitchen trash bags. Only two under sink for a one week rental. 4. Lacking proper amount of linens for (12) people. (6) adults and (6) children. 5. Only one side of countertop toaster over was working properly. 6. Dining room table chairs need to be repaired or replaced. 7. Family room/slider window treatments were badly stained and not working properly. L-shaped family room couch was dirty and torn. 8. Shovel at front door was broken. 9. Wood for fire place was covered properly. Wood was wet.

We're sorry that you did not enjoy this home as much as you had hoped. We did have the electrician over to repair the exterior light, and we do only provide enough trash bags, etc., to get you through the first day or so, and we do provide one set of sheets and towels for the 12 people that would sleep in this home, but no daily housekeeping. The other items on your list will be reviewed and fixed as quickly as possible.

Mattress need replacing. We didn't stay the last night because of the mattresses. Did responded to AC stopped work and they sent right away and he also cleaned the AC. Stated Mold smell is basement problem. We stayed in another unit and there was no mold spell in the basement. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the triple bunk bed room, but one mattress had not sheets or blankets. Great location.

First time renting this townhouse and it was awful. The fridge in the kitchen was broken so had to go down a level every time we needed something or to put something away to another fridge. Two of the kitchen cabinets were coming off the hinges. There were holes in the walls and holes in the doors. The area rugs were filthy looking. The pillowcases in the twin room had food still on them. There was food still in the cracks of the couches and dirty tissues. The basement bathroom the mirror is falling off the wall. The shower liner was black all on the bottom of it. It looked like there was mold on the walls and in the pictures in the downstairs bathroom. This place is not fit to be rented out.

The condo offered the space and conveniences that motels cannot. Lincoln offers attractions and food options in a scenic location. The space worked well for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! Everything was clean and enough space to have 12 people there. The shuttle bus picks you up almost in front of the house to go to Loon Mountain, but only on the weekends. They come everyone 10 mins. We all had a nice time at the house. Loon Reservations was a great at responding yo my questions right away too. We will definitely book here again!

Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to accommodate 5 teenagers and could not have asked for a better set up!The basement floor having its own kitchen, living room area was a bonus.House was great.Few recommendations would be seating on the deck and outside stoop area.It turned out bit hotter than normal for mountains do the air conditioning could have been a bit better or more fans in the other rooms.But kids already asking when go back😊Reservations so easy.Woman at reservations very helpful.The pool next door also bonus!
