Treat yourself to a wonderful and memorable ski-cation at this fifth-floor mountain-view condo! You will love being located steps from the ski lifts and just a short driving distance from everything Killington has to offer. There is a free shuttle provided anyways. It's also conveniently located within a half mile from Killington Ski Area and Snowshed Lodge; less than six miles from Thundering Brook Falls Trail and Pico Mountain Ski Resort; within 16 miles of Coolidge State Forest, Calvin Coolidge Historic Site, Paramount Theatre, and Pine Hill Park; and 22 miles from Okemo Mountain Resort.
This lovely mountain condo grants you access to incredible community amenities that will surely make your stay unforgettable! Take a warm dip in the heated outdoor pool or gather around the firepits for some entertaining storytelling. Gas grills have been provided in case you would like to treat your guests to grilled meals. If you are traveling with kiddos, there is a small library with many books and board games for them to use. And if you would like to stay in shape during your time off, the complex has a shared fitness center!
Highlights include a smart TV with streaming services and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare tasty meals and snacks.

THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: These are Located outside the buildings and inside of the hallways of building 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ).
