This modern, stylish studio condo comfortably sleeps 4 between a plush Queen bed and a convenient sleeper sofa. It is the perfect, premium base camp for a ski trip or summer adventure. This is not a dated, generic condo. It is a fully renovated, clean space designed for comfort.
The living area features an electric fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The modern kitchenette has a 2-burner cooktop, mini-dishwasher, and bar seating for two. It is ideal for morning coffee and light meals before you head out.
Leave The Car Keys Behind
Forget the stress of lodge parking. You are just a three minute walk from the shuttle stop for a direct ride to the mountain. If you do drive, the main lodges are only five minutes away. The community parking lot is flat and plowed. No steep driveways to worry about, a rare, stress-free convenience in Killington.
Modern Comforts That Matter
The condo features a modern, custom bathroom with a walk-in, floor-to-ceiling tiled shower. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and leave with clean clothes. Guests also have access to the seasonal outdoor pool and the community EV charger.
Guests receive exclusive ski and snowboard rental discounts with local Killington partners, plus limited lift ticket deals based on availability.
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
