we’ve set up the house for you to enjoy and relax in cozy work friendly rooms, our home is perfect for family gatherings or business/convention groups. Cleanliness and sanitizing has always been our top priority. Home is located ONLY 2 MILES AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE.
Welcome home!
We want to make sure you have the best experience staying with us, so here is a few things about the house.
— The amenities:
All the amenities in the house are for you to use, as a courtesy, we have provided some extra cleaning supplies and toiletries in the hallway closet , feel free to use everything as needed .
— Front door:
For your convenience we have installed an auto lock in the door keypad so you don’t have to worry about locking it, we ask that you make sure you pull the door all the way so it can close properly after 90 seconds, you also have the option to lock it by pressing the lock button.
— Laundry:
You’re welcome to wash your clothes, etc. Please don’t wash any of the blankets, bed sheets or pilows, they require a specific care, we’ll be happy to pick them up, wash them and return them back to you freshly washed(charges may apply), we usually have extras in the big room downstairs,( long term stays, when washing our towels, please only 5 towels per load).
— Trash:
The city picks up the trash containers every Thursday morning, we recommend taking them out Wednesday night if necessary, so you don’t miss them.
The blue bin is for recycling only. (NO GLASS).
The green bins are for trash only.
— Movies and games:
Place the DVD’s /Blu-ray and games back to its own case so the movies don’t get mixed up and the next guest to use it can enjoy it just like you did.
— When outside keep the noise on a considerable volume during the day, after 10:00 pm we ask you to have the volume lower enough to not disturb the neighbors.
— Do not use the fireplaces.
— Do not put anything hot on the kitchen countertop or any of the surfaces, we have heat resistant silicone pot holders in the kitchen and some of the room drawers.
— Tables and chairs:
We have provided folding tables and chairs for you to use in the backyard, we ask that you don’t take the inside chair outside and viceversa.
— Parking:
We recommend to use the driveway or the front sidewalk if available.
— Checking out:
Checking out is at 11:00 am. Don’t forget to leave the keys. We appreciate you taking the time to make the beds but is not necessary, if you use any of the extras blankets, pillows or sheets we have left in the closets please leave them on the bed our cleaning crew will take care of it.
