Perfect for us as we attended a family event nearby. Tidy, well equipped. room separation afforded family members privacy. Would choose again. Was glad it wasn't any warmer as there is a regulator on the A/C and I was staying in the upstairs room. Downstairs they were comfortable, I was hot.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and had 14 people in total staying here. There were enough beds, rooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus a very comfortable couch on the main floor. The kids enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. I was thankful there was a very nice iron and ironing board for all the tablecloths I needed to iron. Lol. Each bathroom also had a hair dryer which was great for the multiple girls lodging here. My younger boys thought the basement bunk room was so neat!! When we arrived, the code we were given didn't work. I called the rental management company and they were immediately able to give me a different code that worked. I'm glad they were very responsive. We would stay again if in the area.

Overall our stay was average. When we checked in the room in the basement with the bunk beds smelled like vomit. I contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to “clean” which consisted of spraying chemicals on the carpet which improved/masked the smell. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot despite the AC. Vents and baseboards were dirty. Location was good, but important to note that the unit shared walls with the surrounding units and was not a stand a lone building. Despite sharing walls on both sides of the unit we never noticed a noise from the neighbors.

Great stay for ski trip

We had a great stay for a long weekend ski trip. The unit has some noticeable wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. Unless staying on a mountain, hard to beat the location for heading up the canyon. The place is well equipped, comfortable, and having the hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our trip to Utah. The house was great - exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for our family, VERY well stocked, and close to the ski resorts. We couldn't ask for anything more. When we make it back to Utah, we will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Salt Lake visit

The house was very clean. We called about the AC not working and management was very responsive. They showed up within minutes and got it running. The only issue was the downstairs sleeping area. Mattresses were very cheap and you could actually feel the springs. Also, we had a large group with several cars, so parking was an issue.

Much thought put into this place!

This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped. Better than most VRBO’s. The unit is decorated beautifully and we loved that there were two king beds. I appreciated that there were extra mirrors in the rooms and night stands and dressers for all our stuff as well as luggage racks. The location was perfect for us. Close to 4 ski resorts, down town and not far from Park City. The tv’s in the downstairs bedrooms were a bit confusing. Did not get live tv or stations. But there was something to watch.

Great family reunion place. Right between Provo and north Salt Lake City.

Nice multilevel home so each familY unit had their own Floor level. Maintenance concerns: Dish washer door does not seal so it leaks During the wash cycle. Master shower drain fill up by end of a shower, about every other night. Dining room table is finish is flaking and covering us with “glitter” every meal. Several chairs are very week so couldn’t use the for fear of breaking them, causing damage or need for a doctor visit. Hot tub was wonderful. Location next to park is awesome. We ate there several times. Beautiful home and the kitchen is well stocked with all possible appliances.

a little disappointed, but okay

Seemed a bit of a strange layout not apparent in the photos. Missing chairs said 8 only 6, video games showed 4 only 2, half of recliners did not function and couch was broken so no one could sleep on it, garbage was full when we arrived. Vans do not fit in driveway or garage.

Nice area, not so great house

The access code for check in didn’t work when we arrived, it took over 1 1/2 hours before we finally had someone contact us with a new code to get in. I sent a Facebook message to try and get ahold of someone when the first 7 or 8 phone calls were going unanswered and when I finally got a response back from the message around noon the next day, I told them how long it took and my displeasure and the only response was “sorry to hear that, please let us know if you have any other issues or concerns”, not exactly the best response or even one that sounds like you actually care. The toilet in the half bath clogged multiple times and the only plunger available was not very useful, the day we called was Thanksgiving so I was not expecting someone out that day but they told me they would have someone out ASAP the next morning. We left to go out for the day and called around 2pm to make sure they’d gone out only to be told they hadn’t but they would check on sending someone out. The garage door and front door are extremely hard to lock, the entry floors looked like they were half mopped because they still had black stains when we arrived, the upstairs bedroom quilt had stains on it and 2 of the recliners were not plugged in and we weren’t able to get it connected to be used. Definitely not the 5 star experience that you brag about on your website and phone recordings.

This is our second time staying at this property. Mostly everything was great.Only complaints are that the garbage disposal didn’t work well and the vents in the floor were all pretty dirty. Also one thing I wanted Utah’s Best to know (or whomever answered my question before we came) I asked if there was a large crockpot and a large frying pan there already so that I didn’t have to bring mine (I thought I’d remembered them having those but I wanted to be sure). You told me you didn’t have them. When I got to the property, sure enough you had both of those things and I was lugging mine across two different states and wasting precious car space. How did I know what you had more than you knew what you had? If you don’t know the answer to a customers question, please find out. Otherwise don’t offer to answer questions especially if you don’t know.

Will never stay here again or rent through Utahs best vacation rentals.

when we arrived the internet was not working. After communicating with utahs best people forever, they told me to crawl under the dresser and re start the router. I pulled everything out and climbed under which was completely dirty and dusty, and I was surprised to see every single plug to the lights and router were all unplugged. It wasn't just one single outlet either which was odd. The next morning I woke up to ants all over in the kitchen and in the downstairs bathroom. Every morning i woke up i spent 15 min. Killing ants before i started the day. The next night my daughter went to crawl into the bed upstairs and There was fresh blood on the fitted sheet that had not been washed but the bed was made. When I got a hold of the company yet again, they told me I would need to wash them. We were going out that afternoon, and I didn't have time to stick around and wash sheets. I also didn't think it was my job to do so. That night they dropped some off in a bag at the door. Lastly, I went to wash brand new clothes and after 30 min of them in the wash i noticed the water was super hot! Even thougj it was set to cold. After my husband looked at it, he noticed whoever hooked up the washer did it incorrectly and had the hot and cold lines mixed up. Needless to say quite a few of my new clothes were ruined. My overall experience was horrible. We only go on vacation once a year and it takes all year to save for it. This year was ruined. Wish i could have written more.
