Walk in through the front door, and the first spacious living room is to the left, with sofas, chairs, an electric fireplace, and a mounted flat-screen TV. To the right are a King bedroom, hallway, full bathroom, and another King bedroom. Just beyond, there is a full open-concept spacious kitchen and dining area. Around the corner is the King primary suite with a full en-suite bathroom equipped with a soaking tub and dual shower head shower. A King bedroom with Twin trundles and a full bathroom is up the stairs to the left. To the right is a Queen bedroom and the second spacious living room with sofa, games, mounted flat screen TV, and Queen bunk with Twin bed above.

-PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation.

The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
