This is a wonderful four bedrooms house perfect for your visit to Indianapolis. Located only 5 miles from Downtown and close to all the cities main attractions like Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Convention Center and The Lucas Oil Stadium. We really hope you enjoy your visit!

Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms well stocked with all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, tooth paste, razors, make up remover and shower caps), plenty of fresh clean towels and a lovely jacuzzi on the master bedroom, spacious kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils (dishes, pots, pans, silverware, rags and cleaning supplies), basic condiments also regular coffee, sugar, creamer, 2 living areas and one of them with a pull out couch as another sleeping option, 2 flat screen TV`s and high speed WIFI also a huge back yard with a large deck.

Guest will have access to the entire house. Please make your self comfortable like it`s your home away from home!

Our guest have their own space. They will not be bothered for anything. If they need assistance or have any questions they can contact me at anytime and I will be more than glad to help them out. Since our house is booked most of the time (which is great), we would greatly appreciate if you could let us know an approximate check-in/ check-out time or the day of your departure just a brief message saying you have left. This would help us on getting the house nice and neat for the next guest. However, it will not affect our standard check in or check out. If you need some extra time the day you`re checking out please let me know in advance, I would love to help with any special request if at all possible.

You do not have to worry about parking!

This is not a house for gatherings, events, or any type of parties. Smoking is not allowed in our home. Please be respectful.
Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property.
