Great spot for us and our little Boston. Quick drive to Broad Ripple restaurants and easy drive to downtown ( we went to the Indians game). Clean and well appointed house. Cozy living space. If it wasn't 90 degrees outside would have loved to take advantage of the hot tub!

Nice place! Place was clean and met all of our needs. Each bedroom had a king sized bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tv in living room that worked great! Loved the location as it was close to a lot of great restaurants and the bike path. Fenced in secured yard worked out well with our dog.

I was here for about six weeks on a work assignment. This house fit the bill well for my stay--not too big, and with a fully fenced back yard for my dogs. The street was quiet and the home's furnishings were quite comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fantastic.

This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! Great Cozy Place

We loved this home. We were in town for a CrossFit competition and the location was perfect. The hot tub was so nice after a long day. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in backyard. My only negative was that there was only one bathroom. But we would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Exceptional in every way

This was an amazing property. I have never slept so sound on an incredible bed. The shower was outstanding and was great for sore muscles. The hot tub was lovely. The house itself is set up for total absolute relaxation. This was a work trip for myself but to be able to come back and just relax I was extremely grateful and made my trip stress free. It was perfect in every way from start to finish. It was difficult to want to go home. .
