Casa Cinzia - Minori. Stilish and cosy; minutes from the beach

CASA CINZIA is a charming, remodelled apartment in Minori town, one of the most beautiful places on the Amalfi Coast. Minori is close to Amalfi town, only 2 miles, and it's connected by ferry with all of Amalfi Coast's town.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 people (one King-size bed and queen sleeper sofa). Casa Cinzia is conveniently located on the main road SS 163 next to Minori downtown and is approximately 70 square meters or (754 square feet).

You are only 7 steps, to be exact, from the bustling main road and only one minute from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops, banks, a boat port, and a taxi service and just in front of the gate there is the SITA bus stop.

All the historical Minori town offers will completely enchant you. There are beaches within walking distance from the apt. For most, you will not need a car to stay at CASA CINZIA; however, if you have one, we will provide you with a private parking space for your convenience. Please note that the private parking garage has a fee, including the valet service.

CASA CINZIA is a new charmingly furnished apartment with vaulted ceilings in a restored building with a view of Minori town. The owners have elegantly decorated the apartment in white, beige, gold and blue, reproducing the retro style.

CASA CINZIA consists of:
The bedroom has a king-size bed, one queen-size sofa pullout, one flat-screen Smart TV, one desk and chair, a large window, two built-in wall closets, a dresser with drawers, an air conditioning/heating unit and Wi-Fi.

Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos. There is also a cute mezzanine with comfortable sofas.

Kitchen room: eat-in style kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, a toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a four-person dining table.

Bathroom full bathroom in aquamarine style with shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet.

Services included in the home: Wi-Fi connection, satellite television with on-demand vision, mini bar and safety deposit box.

INAL CLEANING FEES
upon arrival, you must pay Euro 150 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card.

TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person daily; this fee must be paid in cash; credit cards will not be accepted.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.

LUGGAGE DROP
Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300.

Please note that the property key is a security code encrypted key. Unlike the classic keys, this variant guarantees greater security by limiting duplication through a patented security system. This means that the lock cylinder needs to be changed in case of loss or damage. Therefore in case of loss or damage, you will be deducted €100 from your security deposit.

A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage.
The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation.

LATE ARRIVAL FEE
If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR EXTRAS
Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment.

We will typically release the hold on any unused funds within 14 working days of check-out or less, depending on your financial institution, providing that no damage has been caused to the property.

If the security deposit is paid in cash, it will be returned upon checking out, providing that no damage has been found in the property.

CAR PARK
Finding a free car park in Minori is impossible, and hourly rates are expensive.

For our customers, there is a covered and guarded parking space that is only a 10-minute walk from Casa Cinzia. The car must be left with the keys. Upon check-in, the local rep will accompany customers to the garage. The car can be picked up and returned anytime from 07:30 to 19:30. If there is a need for the car at a different time, inform the person responsible for your stay on-site at least 24 hours in advance.

The garage costs €25 for a sedan and €35 for an SUV per car daily. The amount must be paid upon check-in. We need at least a week's notice to book the service provided space is available.


LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted via text, SMS or phone.

Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory.

We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs.

In the event of issues with the property, such as Wi-Fi interruption, a faulty washing machine or anything else that requires maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours but within the necessary and fair time, considering the local availability of maintenance services which are not under our management. We are not a hotel or a B&B with 24/7 maintenance staff available.
