A gorgeous bright and airy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath coastal home tucked away in a serene neighborhood of Lido Key where you can walk or ride a bike everywhere! Styled with island hues and decor throughout, an outdoor living space with a covered patio that’s meant for entertaining, a private heated pool that you can sink into after a sunny day on the beach, and relax along the many loungers with a cool drink in hand. The location is fantastic! Within a block you will arrive to the sensational, sparkling sands of the Gulf where you can daze away at the legendary sunsets and a short 10-minute stroll to the vibrant scene at St. Armand’s. The world renowned St. Armand’s Circle offers upscale boutiques, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, dessert shops, and a nightlife scene. Cruise over the bridge and you will find yourself in the heart of Sarasota with more shops, dining options, museums, and a variety of entertainment venues. There’s plenty of fun excursions for the whole group to choose from! Your coastal living adventure awaits!

Arrive to paradise with swaying palms dotted along your private driveway where you can easily park 2-4 cars. Step inside to the single family home where you’ll instantly feel the comforts of the open layout and great room. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, quartz counters w/ ample space to meal prep, stainless steel appliances, and a bar top that seats 2. Curl up on the plush sofas where you can stream your favorite shows on the mounted flat panel smart television, and a dining table that seats 4. There is additional dining seating via the covered patio area to accommodate extra guests. The home comes beautifully appointed with 4 bedrooms in a split floor-plan. All the bedrooms provide luxury bedding and linens, flat panel smart tv’s, and storage for your luggage. Off from the kitchen you have the master suite featuring a king bed, an ensuite bath with a large vanity, and glass walled step in shower. Also on this side of the home you have the guest room with full over full bunks, that the younger crew in tow will love, access to the 1/2 bathroom, and close to the laundry room. Next to the living room your last two guest bedrooms highlight a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. Both of which share a Jack N’ Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Your outdoor oasis is where you’ll find yourself most days when you’re not on the beach or adventuring around town. The tropical landscaping and secluded pool area is the ultimate space where you can relax, cool down in the shade under the covered patio, and fire up the grill for that dining al fresco experience.

Lido Key Vacations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
