- Our home is in a quiet, residential community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. To limit the noise, we have designated quiet hours from 9pm-8am. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise. This device only monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy could result in a $300 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
- Occupancy and use of the home is restricted to the named guests in the rental agreement unless prior written approval is given. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us before booking and we are happy to help clarify.
- This home is a completely non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars, or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

CHARGES:
- Payment is accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars)

- Cleaning Fee: $250.00 Tax: 15.17%
- In place of a security deposit, we require a $99 property damage waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. This is a mandatory fee for all bookings via VRBO and direct channels.
- If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. If you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
