We are perfectly located perfectly between all Park City and Heber have to offer. We have something to offer for every season: Three of the world's best ski resorts just minutes away, Mayflower, the Jordanelle reservoir within a few minutes away. Access to public transportation to Park City downtown/ Old Town and Ski resorts.

All high end kitchen appliances, luxury linens, and purple or nectar mattresses for our guests enjoyment. We offer an "in-house doctor," chef services, shopping services, and nursing day/night child care during your stay. Mini Gym downstairs that can be locked away from kids. Internet is better than average since owner/property manager is a day trader/scalper & Gamer. Two extra large desks with 4- 27 inch or large monitors with top of line refresh rate for the best gaming experience. Just bring your laptop and plug in and you are ready to play.

This home was professionally decorated and contains high end furnishings from West Elm, RH, etc. You will have access to a hot tub, heated pool, gym, and movie theater room. We are near snowshoe trails, hiking, and mountain biking. You are fully surrounded by beautiful views but only 35 mins to SLC airport or Heber private airport.

Internet/wifi isn't the standard found in most rental homes in the area (Owner is a Day Trader who stays in the home on the off season) This home has two large desks set up in the Primary Bedroom and Queen bedroom . 4- 27 inch Monitors there to use with top of line refresh rate on them. Nighthawk WIFI that supports 2 gigs. The speed rate/test is with 7 devices (three tv's playing movies, two laptops, and one desk top) all one at the same time with no issues and can handle more devices. Non toxic cookware and non toxic storage. Non toxic chemicals are used for cleaning (due to allergies of owner.) Pet friendly up to 40 lbs (two dogs max without prior approval.) Home has cameras on the outside of the home for your protection, glass breaking sensors, and all garage & door keys are changed after ever renter for each guests protection. Jewelry cabinets with velvet storage/displays and additional locks storage can be requested (please give 72 hours for this requests for the locks). We have additional service **In-House Medical doctor that can come in person or virtually if you get sick or have an emergency. This keep you out of the ER or a Doc in the box during your stay with us. We are the first property management service offering this in Utah. If you need a car rental prior to arrival (at the airport) or a rental to be at the home please reach out within two weeks of your arrival to have this arranged.
