This house was perfect for our family! Close to the ski resorts and also a short walk to Main Street. The host and house manager would very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very much appreciated the stocked items (soap/shampoo/conditioner, teas/coffees, etc). One suggestion: the only shower soap provided was some sort of weird apple cinnamon strudel body wash. All of us hated it. Maybe provide a standard bar soap as an option, at the very least? I don’t want to smell like a fresh baked muffin all week.

Great property

Nice property a few blocks from Main Street. House is modern and well appointed in a nice neighborhood. Host was responsive and all instructions on usage of the property were clear.

Fantastic, Close to Town

Beautiful new house in the hills overlooking downtown park city. House is well laid out and was perfect for our group of six friends for a weekend ski trip. Easily walk into town for dinner or shopping and it is easy to get an Uber pick up to take you to any of the ski mountains in town.

Park city annual visit

Greg’s house was perfect for our group of friends! Everything was as advertised and Greg was a great communicator. We could easily walk back from the town after hitting Main Street and it was super convenient to the slopes. We loved the steam shower and the heated garage as extras but the place was just wonderful overall. Would definitely stay again!

Park City house near Main St

95 per cent great place. Navigating living room tv was challenging. Need some instructions. Need more bath towels (3 for whole house), hand towels (only one) wash cloths (none). Glad for the washer/dryer. Views were great! Location is close to downtown, however it is a climb back to the house. Very clean. Would rent again.

Kimberly, thank you for staying with us. Please understand we take extraordinary care to make sure the house is an as perfect a condition as possible when a guest arrives. Our caretaker confirmed that there are 8 bath towels in the house, 7 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. We check the number at check in and at check out every time (some are out on the towel holders, the rest in the cabinet drawers in the bathrooms). The living room TV is a standard Samsung LCD flat screen with a remote. We did reach out to you both by phone and text several times shortly after you arrived, as we do with all guests to make sure everything is satisfactory, but never heard back from you. I also would like to point out that we have never had any complaints about the house in the 26 five star guest reviews we received on this and other booking sites over the last 12 months. We truly do go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and are disappointed that you did not simply get in touch so we could have pointed you in the right direction. Perfect ski vacation!

Everything about this house is perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony around the fireplace watching the sunset behind the mountains. Great property…we will be back!

I live and work in San Francisco. I love building houses and, with help from my architect, created this one from the ground up in 2020. I am hoping my guests will enjoy the home as much as I do when I'm in Park City. The home embodies many of my creative ideas and is truly a one of a kind property.

The home stands out for its open living area and deck which overlook Old Town and the ski mountain. Uniquely perched on a small hill, it affords an almost 270 degree view of the surrounding area while its design affords as much visual privacy as possible. It almost makes you believe you are floating above the Town!

Yet it is a short walk to Town and all the amenities Old Town offers its guests, from fine dining to shopping and skiing. And Deer Valley is just a short car or shuttle bus ride away.
