If you want to stay in and relax, no problem, this home is newly renovated and includes Artesian lounger hot tub, large above ground pool, granite gas fire-pit and grill. Just bring your drinks!

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom beach house with new Artesian lounger hot tub, over sized outdoor shower, new granite topped gas fire-pit, 4 new Trex Adirondack chairs, 5 bikes, 6 beach chairs , 4 beach lounges, 2 body boards, and a new regulation sized cornhole game set. The house has a new Charbroil 3 burner BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the wrap around deck that overlooks the fully fenced in back yard. This 2 story open plan house features 3 bedrooms. A kid's BR with 2 bunk beds(4 bed total), a BR with 2 twin beds, a Main suite with a queen size bed and its own full bathroom, and a new queen size memory foam mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. The home sleeps 10 guests. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a Kuerig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, T-Fal cookware set, Farberware cutlery and service for 12. There are board games for the entire family. There is an adjustable 50" HD TV in the LR with Xfinity cable, and a 32" Samsung smart HD TV in the master BR with a Roku and Xfinity Stream to access cable channels. The twin bedroom also has a 24" Roku TV with Xfinity Stream to access cable channels. The house has 800 Mbps Internet with WiFi capacity for 20 devices. Enjoy the bay only 2 blocks from the house for a taste of the Bay beach scene. The bay is a wonderful place for exploring and discovering, with a world of wildlife and marine life. You'll see plenty of horseshoe crabs, gulls, pipers, and if you're lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins off the shore. Or visit the Cape May beaches with the 8 included beach passes. A tour through Cape May, encompasses world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. You can stay local, barbecue, relax in the hot tub, around the gas fire-pit or take the 8 minute walk to our beach to watch one of our infamous Delaware Bay sunsets. Travel 5 minutes south to North Cape May and visit the Cape May ferry terminal for a ferry ride or eat at On The Rocks Dockside Grill with outdoor dining. While in North Cape May you can visit the Cape May winery, one of the area's finest. This is a dog friendly home. Be sure to visit the immense Wildwood dog park and the dog friendly beaches there as well. We accept up to 3 dogs and provide kennels for when you are out and the dogs are left alone in the house. We are located a 12 minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 12 minute drive to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. Don't forget to visit the Cape May Zoo, one of Trip advisors top US zoos with no admission fees.


Dog fee is $50 per dog/per stay up to a week.
