Our house has central air throughout and a supplemental window unit for the 3rd floor loft.

The neighborhood: Historic Midtown is the best neighborhood in the city! You'll be staying between the gorgeous Susquehanna river and the historic Broad St. Market. There are many great local breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, an independent movie thearter, and galleries within walking distance. Be sure to venture out on Third in the Burg, the 3rd Friday of each month when local galleries and venues open their doors late into the evening to celebrate the local arts scene. You also are less than half a mile from the absolutely majestic Pennsylvania State Capitol which offers free tours every half hour during the day. Catch a Senators baseball game on City Island or bask in the glow of the fireworks as you sit on the steps along Riverfront Park. Our house is 20 minutes to Hershey Park, 10 minutes from hiking trails, within walking distance to the train station to get to Philly/ New York/ DC etc. You really cannot beat this location!

The Master bedroom is blessed with a 4 poster king-sized bed and huge walk in closet. The eastern-facing windows let the most pristine morning light in in the mornings. On the other hand, if you like to sleep in, our black-out shades will keep it dark and cozy. Black-out shades and high-end linens provided in every bedroom.

The back bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, great for occupying the kids.

The loft bedroom boasts a queen bed and a seating area for hanging out separately from the group. The 100% down mattress futon can fold out to become a 4th bed, so luxurious, it may win out as the most comfortable place to sleep in the house.

Enjoy some fun in our back game room, outfitted with a foos ball table, child and adult games, and books.

The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove.

The bright and warm front dining room has soft and warm morning light for waking up with a cup of coffee in.

The living room is super comfy with real leather couches and a smart TV.

The full bathroom is spacious with double vanity and shower/bath. Towels provided.

Our back patio is elegantly shaded by an ancient maple tree, has a huge dining area, is fenced in and great for dogs and children.

We have a Ring doorbell in the front of the home for added security and protection.
