Das Brigadune bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Gäste vom Wohnen in einer Eigentumswohnung erwarten. Das Brigadune liegt zwischen Myrtle Beach und North Myrtle Beach und spiegelt die Wünsche von Reisenden nach einem Urlaub in Myrtle Beach wider.

Unsere 1.400 Quadratmeter große, neu renovierte Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern (für 6 Personen) bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche für den Komfort von zu Hause sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die sich günstig auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befinden.

Gäste des Brigadune können den Strand, den Pool am Meer, Golf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gehobene Küche und Familienunterhaltung genießen. Oder Sie können sich hinsetzen und entspannen und die herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon im sechsten Stock mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer genießen. Auch für diejenigen, die es so mögen, ist Ocean Annies, die Bar mit der Nummer 1 am Strand, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang den Strand hinauf. Zur Beruhigung ist in den Sommermonaten ein Rettungsschwimmer im Einsatz.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We love Brigadune! This condo was super clean, spacious, and very well appointed. Have been at the Brigadune for over 9 years. this is one of the better units we've stayed in and would more than like to come back next March. Only minor issue is the living room furniture is dated and uncomfortable.

Fantastic stay. Owners Larry & Kris keep the place in tip-top shape and truly care about their renters. Numerous upgrades are evident throughout this spacious unit and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked for cooking and eating in. Ocean-front location and view from the balcony couldn't be any better. 5 stars all the way. We look forward to renting again.

We had a very positive experience here. Everything was clean and tidy! The weather could’ve been better. LOL. We picked a bad week but any day I can get up and look oit the window and see the ocean is a good day.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We visited the condo for the Memorial Day weekend. The condo was perfect for my young family. The kids loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach and waves. The kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to go back and forth from the beach to eat lunch. it was nice to use the pool in the evening and go for flashlight lit walks on the beach at night. The owner was very easy to work with and made our quick weekend very easy and enjoyable. We will definitely rent again in the future!!

Great Experience

This is our fourth time in this building, but first time in this unit. Beautiful unit, great outdoor furniture, and a great experience overall. There were a few hiccups, which happens, but the owner went above and beyond to take care of everything quickly, efficiently and without any disruption to our vacation. You can’t ask for more than that. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay at Brigadune

This was a repeat visit for us to the Brigadune, our absolute favorite place to stay! The unit is so comfy and spacious! The living room has excellent seating! All four of us could be comfortable! The new deck chairs were a wonderful addition! The location is perfect for eating at restaurants and shopping at Barefoot Landing! Our favorite is always shelling at the swash! My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our second stay in this particular condo. The entire building is well-kept, clean, quiet, friendly. We returned to this condo unit because it truly is spacious, well stocked and decorated perfectly. Walking through the door you’ll immediately take in the soft, calming colors of the decor (love the art work on the walls especially), and the view of the ocean that straightaway will make you confident that you are in for a great stay. AND, most importantly for me, the place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. No better way to start a relaxing vacation! Last, but certainly not least, the owners are kind, helpful and answer any questions promptly. This is a place that will not disappoint! A+++++++

The condo was great! Wonderful view and very clean. The kitchen faucet probably needs to be looked at it--you had to position it just right or the water continued to run. The pool was very nice and clean but we wished it would have stayed open longer. We liked to come in from playing putt-putt and swim at night which we could do at the previous place we stayed but not here. The cleaning service came at 8:45 and started moving her cleaning supplies into the condo before we could get all of our stuff out. (ours was mostly by the door but we still needed to go thru and make a final check). We felt rushed and like we couldn't get to all the places we needed to check because she started cleaning before we left (Before 9). She was nice but we would have appreciated if she had waited to come in until we left.

Handicap accessible unit/ facility with great views!

I loved this condo. It was very spacious with easy access. This place is not over crowded. Therefore, I never had to wait on the elevator. Great beach views from the balcony with spacious rooms. Extra beds if needed with fans, beach chairs, toys and small umbrella. This building is also right next to a box which stores a handicap beach chair(call a head to reserve). The outside decking is nice and shady with plenty of hoses and water feet cleaning faucets. The pool was also not crowded and they even have a handicap lift to get in/out of the pool. The facility is very quiet, clean and well maintained. It was just my daughter and I and we felt very safe during our stay. The residents who live there are very friendly as well. The life guard was on duty everyday from 8-5pm(Bonus)! The master bathroom offered bench seating and handrails. Water was hot and the detachable shower nozzle worked great. The kitchen is stocked with many plates, glasses, pots, pans and various utensils for cooking. We truly enjoyed our stay. I gave this place a 5 star rating due to cleanliness, spaciousness, views, safety, and location.
