Welcome to Summit 105B, our newly updated Snowshoe Condo at the greatest ski and mountain biking resort in the Mid-Atlantic! We have everything you need to make your vacation great, including a large and cozy gathering space right on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 7 beds, 4 Roku TVs, free wifi, and even an in-unit washer and dryer!
Enjoy frequent visits from our friendly deer neighbors right from our bottom floor private balcony. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the breathtaking sunsets over the mountains.
Our unit is stocked with the necessities to make your vacation amazing, and it is ready to host you and your family and friends! You can expect everything from toilet paper, paper towels, linens and bath towels, kitchen condiments, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee bar, board games, playing cards, and even a waffle maker!
The unit has an 8,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner. It doesn't get very hot on the mountain during the summer, but if it does this unit does a great job of keeping the unit cool. There are also a few fans in the unit in the event that they are needed.
Our unit is NOT ski in/out, but it is only a 3-4 minute walk up the stairs and across the street to the Village. Also, when the mountain is open the free shuttle runs on a continuous loop and can pick you up right outside the condo and drop you off right beside the slopes--it's as easy as waiting a few minutes for them to drive by or just giving them a call for a pickup!

Place was very warm and cozy with lots of board games and snacks that you don’t get with most bookings! Within walking distance to the village center which was super convenient. Highly recommend for a large group coming to town! Hosts were very clear with instructions and super helpful with recommendations!

Patrick, the host, was awesome. His notes were very proactive and helpful for planning our trip. The chain on the toilet in the master bedroom broke and his handyman was out later that day and fixed it. Location of property was great and the my guests made friends with the family of deer behind the condo. Memories made and a wonderful trip was had. Thank you Patrick!

Absolute perfection! We had an incredible stay. Our group of three couples found the space perfect (two are fine with bunk beds/air mattresses) and exceptionally clean.The Space & Amenities -Living Room: Cozy fireplace and much-appreciated boot dryers. -Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything we needed. The s'mores kit was a huge hit! -Comfort: Very comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. It can get warm in March, but it wasn't a major issue. -Bathrooms: Clean and well-stocked. Having tissue boxes in every bathroom is a genius touch after a day of skiing.Unbeatable LocationThe proximity to the slopes is the best part! -Ski Access: A 5-minute walk/stair climb puts you right on the snow at Skidder. We found the stairs very doable in boots, just go slow! -Pro Tip: Bring a strap/carrier for your skis/board so you have a free hand for the railing. -Village & Transit: Only 5 minutes from the village. If you skip the stairs, the shuttle runs every 10–15 minutes.Final ThoughtsPatrick and Brittany’s place feels like a real home where every personal detail has been considered. Our whole group loved it, and we’re already discussing booking again for next year. Thanks!

Best rental experience yet!

Our hosts were awesome! The property was everything described and more! From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed! Our grands were so excited to see all the games, the coffee bar was amazing, the livingroom was cosi after a long day of boarding and the beds were perfect for our crew of7! The phone charger station made for a stress free weekend and the kitchen was perfectly stocked! Would love to stay again!

Great Place, Great Host

Had everything we needed for a great ski weekend. Location is close to the mountain. Can walk or take the shuttle. Condo was clean and stocked with anything and everything we needed. Host was fantastic. Answered all the questions we had, as was visiting with family and young kids, so wanted to ensure we knew what to expect. Brittany was a pleasure to work with and always willing to do what she could to help. Thank you for a great weekend.

Spacious, well stocked condo

Our family had a great time staying at the Summit 105B. This is one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed making waffles, hot chocolate and s’mores! It was cool to see the deer in the backyard everyday. We liked having a balcony to walk out on. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The host checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. The condo is just down the hill from Expedition Rentals. Instead of taking the shuttle we chose to drop off all our gear in the morning and walk up and down the stairs. The (uphill) walk took us only a couple minutes. This condo is very spacious for our family of five and we would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 3; Patrick, Brittany and our 8 year old son, Maddox. We are very active and always on the go. Much of our time is spent on a baseball field, basketball court, or football field with Maddox, but we love to ski in the winter!
