Historic apartment overlooking Downtown Laurel's Magnolia Street. This newly renovated building offers not only spacious rooms but also quick access to Historic Laurel's most popular restaurants and shops, as well as to HGTV's Home Town locations! The space
Unique layout, where every door leads into pleasantly vibrant living spaces. With four bedrooms and two and a half baths, the apartment offers up to 2500 square feet of relaxation. This is the perfect spot for a ladies' getaway!

Since being built in 1902, the building has served Laurel well. The apartment gets the name Hamilton from Hamilton Graves Menswear store, the store that occupied the building for fifty-three years. Their origional safe is found in the living room to the right of the TV.
Other things to note
The stairs are very steep leading up to the apartment.
Luxe Tanning is located at the bottom of the building and provides massage therapy services!
I will always provide water, soft drinks, and some snacks.
