We sent a message asking about our dog joining us - still have had no response to message. VRBO said to expect a message from hoist before checkin. Never got that. Arrived Wednesday night at 11pm and found a place that was dirty. Greasy stove, deadbugs on window sill, no coffee (yet had tons of creamer and coffee filters so it was apparent there should have been some), toothpaste splatter all over shelves in bathroom, bottom of toilet had hair and dust and damp towels in dryer. In bathroom we found one hotel size body wash and two 2in1shampoo/conditioner for a home that sleeps six for a 4 night stay. We immediately checked beds and found the sheets smelling good of laundry soap so we felt good about staying. We sent a message immediately to host, with pictures, letting them know we needed toiletries and coffee.The host responded on Thanksgiving morning that we should have texted her last night, since she was asleep when we arrived and didn’t see the message in VRBO till morning. She stated that she would have come right over. Furthermore she stated that she would come over to clean. I thought I was being gracious to not ask someone to do that on Thanksgiving. But wanted toiletries and coffee. That call was very early in am. We decided to sit down at table with breakfast. On the table is a sign that ask that placemats to be used. We discovered a placemat with fuzzy mold growing in the underside of one and the others with dried food spots and crumbs fell out
