Great location, nice place to stay in coyoacan

Great stay. The unit was chilly being a garage rebuild but very nice. Well equipped and comfy.

VERY cute, clean and convenient

Loved this cute little apartment and the location was perfect. King size bed is comfortable. Small kitchen area was perfect. Couch is cozy. Outdoor patio is adorable. Even a washing machine. Everything tastefully decorated. Superclose to the weekend activities. Highly recommend the street food and walking the neighborhood.

The 1 bedroom garden level Apt is cozy and attractive as pictured and described. The best advantage about this Apt is the location close to the 2 Plazas: Fuente de Los Coyotes and Plaza Hidalgo; many restaurants, cafes, street artists and venders. Access to Ubers, Taxis, Banks and Markets are close by.One update is there is no fireplace. Because we rented in January the nighttime temperature can be chilly. 2 space heaters were provided. The King bed is comfortable. The shower water was warm, but not hot. The kitchenette has every appliance with a large refrigerator and stove top.

NO HOT WATER TWO OUT OF FOUR DAYS.

We arrived late Wednesday night, no hot water. Called manager in the morning. He said he would send service at 11:00 am. We went to morning appointment and returned at noon. Manager monkeyed with faucets and got hot water for afternoon showers. Next morning no hot water. Manager said he could come 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. We had appointments at that time. Next day hot water. Next day no hot water. Repeated calls to property manager.

We regret to hear that you didn't know how to handle the shower. We took care of it every day, sending the maintenance engineer and even videos so that you could make the correct use of the showers.
