Overview:
We can’t wait to host you at the Bluebonnet House! It is a newly built two bedroom two bathroom house with a bonus upstairs loft that backs up to a beautiful spring fed stocked pond that you can fish in! This property offers an open floor plan with large windows providing great natural light and a long driveway for any boat/jet skies you might bring. The boat ramp is less than a mile away and only twelve miles to Whitewater Amphitheater. The Pond is a .1 mile, 2 minute walk down hill from the back of the house. The Lake is a .3 mile, 6 minute walk away.
The Space:
We have always dreamed of owning a house on Canyon Lake. When that dream came true, we decided to share it with the world.
This home is a brand new 2022 build home with an open floor plan with plenty of natural sunlight and modern finishes. Enjoy the Fiber internet and large 55” Smart TV in the living room. The nearest boat ramp is less than a mile away and there is an extended driveway to provide ample parking for all vehicles.
The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, and the upstairs loft area has twin bunk beds. This home will sleep 6 comfortably.
Note: There are no curtains in the common spaces (Living Room and Upstairs Loft). This makes the space bright in the early mornings.
Amenities:
Basic appointed kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender and other kitchen gadgets.
Linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, dishes, utensils. Dining area seats 6 at the table.
The living room has a smart tv with a Chromecast to easily stream your entertainment needs. Ample closet and dresser space in the rooms. Kid friendly with pack and play and high chair available upon request.
Board games are provided for your enjoyment!
No pets allowed. The backyard is currently NOT fenced.
The Pond is a .1 mile, 2 minute walk down hill.
The Lake is a .3 miles, 6 minute walk away. You walk past the pond to get to the lake. About 1/2 way through the walk there is a trail/road that is very easy to follow. You have to cross the pond inlet so your shoes will get muddy. Hike at your own risk and have fun!
Note: The house is adjacent to federally owned land (US Army Corps of Engineers) that is accessible through the back of the property. Please hike at your own risk and be familiar with the property line boundaries that will be provided in the guest booklet.
Lake Fun:
Take your boat, jet skis, and kayaks down to the boat ramp and enjoy your day on the blue waters of Canyon Lake.
