A winding drive down a Texas Hill Country road, a charming cottage sits atop an elevated lot awaiting your arrival. Evening gatherings take place in a warm hot tub or a cozy campfire, perfect for making s'mores. Visit a local winery, cruise on a boat, hike the Canyon Lake Gorge, catch some sun at the “lake beach”, float the Guadalupe River with a beverage of choice or slide down the Schlitterbahn Waterpark tubes. Canyon Lake is truly a fun/elemental place and you'll love it!

Completed at the EOY in 2020, a vaulted living room welcomes you with ample comfortable seating when you enter the cottage. Retreat to three comfortable bedrooms, which feature high comfort bedding that allow you to rest after an exciting day of lake town adventures. Some house items you'll find include:

!!! The house runs on a septic system which means we can only flush down toilet paper and food !!!

The cottage is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Parking is free; the driveway "tucks" 2 cars alongside the house. You can enter through the front or back doors with a unique code provided to you before check in. Fyi - backdoor requires a slight tug when unlocking/locking. Must return signed rental agreement at least 24 hours before arrival.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ EXTRA GUESTS ★
Having another friend join you during your stay? That's all good, as far as we are concerned. We simply require a $25 extra guest fee.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
We require a rental agreement be signed and return at least 24 hours before your check-in.
