Barcelona Centrally Located Villa

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This villa is located less than 10 mins from most dining & shopping in La Quinta, with plenty of golf courses around, only 15 mins to Indian Wells Tennis gardens, only 5 mins drive to Empire Polo Grounds, about 10-15 mins bike ride, 8 mins to Spotlight & 11 to Fantasy Casinos.

The space
Welcome to our Coachella Mountain View Estate where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently build home.

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets such as expresso maker, blenders etc. and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. For those that may want a break from sunbathing, you can enjoy the brand new pergola that offers a relaxing break from the desert sun. The pool and spa are new, plastered with pebble tec, with comfortable new patio furniture and new charcoal BBQ. The oversized spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. As everyone migrates to the yard, you’ll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and comfortable loveseats by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $150/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. (On demand only, must be turned off after use)
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.

**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also features an incredible game room featuring: foosball, poker table, shuffle board, arcade basketball game, skiball, arcades (nascar racer), ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and basketball net over the swimming pool for all your entertainment needs.
Outdoors there is putting green, spikeball, connect 4, corn hole, ping pong (table tennis), plenty of green space for your friends or children to roam around.

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 4 full bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms.

The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 / 1 Queen (main floor)
Bedroom 2 / 1 King+ Murphy (double size)
Bedroom 3 / 2 Queen
Bedroom 4/ 1 Queen
Bedroom 5/ 2 Queen
Bedroom 6/ 2 Queen

All bedrooms are upstairs except one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. Master bedroom upstairs has full en-suite bathroom.
All other bathrooms are shared.
Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.

PARKING:
We have 4 parking spots in the driveway, along the property on the street, in front of the property only. Thank you in advance for your understanding and following regulations set by the city.
**No parking due to street cleaning from 7am-3pm on 1st & 3rd Tuesday each month. Guests are responsible for any parking violations/tickets.**

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards first pet's stay and $25 thereafter.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

PLEASE READ:
Music is permitted outdoors via cell phone/laptop, no loud speakers outdoors. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8 am.
