This recently renovated home with a one-minute walk to the beach is located in the private and prestigious neighborhood of Destin Pointe. Come experience a coastal getaway like no other and enjoy stunning Gulf and East Point views and sunsets from any of the three expansive and furnished decks.

Spread out in any of our four cozy bedrooms, each including private outdoor spaces and baths. (except for the bunk room). The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in shower with double vanity. The second and third bedrooms feature king and double beds, both with smart TVs, generous closet space, and private decks. The fourth bedroom is a wonderful space for children, with a charming twin-over-queen bunk bed and an extra twin rollaway bed, smart TVs in each bunk, and a third larger TV for gaming. You will also find a queen blow-up mattress for extra sleeping space within the home.

Our well-equipped and modern kitchen offers plenty of space for entertaining and preparing a home-cooked meal after a day of adventure. Some helpful kitchen gadgets include a food processor, Crock-Pots, a French press, a coffee bean grinder, a Keurig machine, and a large wine/beverage fridge. Kick back and reminisce about the day in the family room, offering beautiful Gulf views along with a 65-inch smart TV for movie nights.

There will be no lack of fun to be had when everyone heads out to the beach for the day, as our guests will have access to ten beach chairs, two small umbrellas, a large ice chest with wheels, boogie boards, noodles, two double kayaks, four stand-up paddle-boards (two hard shell and two inflatable), multiple life vests for kids and adults, two beach carts with super-wide wheels, tons of sand toys, and beach games! And for indoor fun - lots of family board games, cards, poker chips, and puzzles!

Located just west of the heart of downtown Destin, this home is situated in a quiet, kid-friendly, private neighborhood offering a peaceful stay while still being close to all of the action. Ride your bike (provided) to the water taxi dock and leave the car at home to tour all the action at HarborWalk Village by water taxi! Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park and The Track are both within 10 minutes from home. If you don't feel like making an elaborate meal for the whole group, it’s less than a 10-minute drive to Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, or McGuire’s Irish Pub for some delectable cuisine! Not to mention, you can try your luck catching a big one while surf-casting from our private beach or go deep-sea fishing with a local skipper. Crab Island is accessible via the Crab Island Water Taxi.
