★ Parking - Bring your boats, ATVs, trailers, and anything else you need! We have plenty of parking space with our large drive-through driveway and parking areas

★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury cabin features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO coffee.

★ Smoking & Other Odors – There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the home. Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing if any smoking or pet residuals are found in the house or on the premises.

★ Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property bug-free regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us - but let's make sure they stay outside!

★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is drained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. It is ready for use at a warm 98 degrees.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

★ Special Deliveries - Upon request, we can deliver firewood, S’mores packages, and more from our concierge, just let us know what would make your stay special!
