Private pool/spa
-Child safety pool fence and alarm
-Optional pool/spa heater available-additional fee of $30/day to heat during cooler months. The pool and spa are on the same heating unit and cannot be separated. The pool is heated to 86F and hottub 100F. Because it is shared water supply, the hottub will not feel as hot as a private hottub. The jets run from 11am-9pm. If pool heat is not desired, the pool and hottub will be the same temperature. We need 48 hours in advance notice to allow the pool enough time to heat.

Our home is located in the Windsor Hills Resort Community. This exclusive neighborhood has 24/7 gated security. As per HOA regulations, each guest is allowed 3 vehicles registered to them -- guests will be given a parking pass for each vehicle, making the entry process through the security easy for the duration of your stay while providing the peace of mind that a gated community brings.

Getting Around:
8 min walk to clubhouse and outdoor waterpark, arcade, pool. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars.
