This home has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably. The rooms are spread out throughout the home to make sure everyone has plenty of peace. The expertly designed bedrooms feature fun, vibrant colors, large windows, high-end linens, and locally inspired artwork. Each bedroom is designed to reflect the natural beauty right outside, and give guests a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. Our bedrooms are designed to be perfect for kids or adults, with exceptionally comfortable beds and plenty of space.

There are three full bathrooms in this home. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo (+ washer/dryer) and the other guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower Whether you want to soak your muscles after a day of shopping or enjoy a hot steamy shower first thing in the morning, these bathrooms give you the space and modern amenities to feel right at home.

⟡ KITCHEN & DINING ⟡
The modern kitchen is big enough for multiple guests to move in and out, and is complete with cooking essentials, including a Keurig, coffee pods, and creamer. With plenty of seating, the dining room is right across from the kitchen. The fun design of this space really brings the vibrant Florida vibes inside this home.

The main living room is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV and a big, comfy couch. Right across from this space is the game room, with more fabulous design & the centerpiece of the room: the pool table. Tons of space and even more seating here creates the perfect hang out spot for your entire large group!

⟡ OUTSIDE SPACE ⟡
This home offers multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. The big backyard is dotted with trees and is perfect for running and playing, or enjoying a dip in the heated pool (heated year-round; extra charge). Past the plenty of seating & dining options scattered around the pool, you will find a wood-burning fire pit (wood not provided), a putting green, and more cool spots hidden all around the yard, including a beach hammock! This private, fully fenced yard feels like its own beach getaway where you'll want to spend all of your time!

Other Things to Note:
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
