Less than 10 minute drive to Elkhart Lake, Road America, 25-30 Kohler, Sheboygan, etc. & less than an hour to Milwaukee or Green Bay. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 couches in the living room & a small office nook. Full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and more. 2 bedroom and separate office space. Living room and dining room area. Full washer and dryer in unit. I will not be onsite but am close enough if needed. *** Please note. This unit is only accessible by stairs. It is a 120+ year old building so please don’t expect the perfection and amenities of new construction but, enjoy the history, uniqueness, and clean area to stay *** There is parking available at the back of the building but when loading and unloading your belongings, I would suggest street parking upfront to make it easier for you. You can also park on the street but watch for the signs. The city does not allow overnight parking and they will ticket you.
