Our team responded to each reported issue promptly, including sending maintenance staff to address the bed and refrigerator. We regret that the temporary solution with the replacement fridge caused inconvenience, and the bed issue persisted after repair. Your report has been shared with our management and maintenance supervisors to ensure both issues are permanently corrected. Regarding cleanliness and follow-up calls, we’ve reviewed your comments with our housekeeping and after-hours teams to ensure faster response times and deeper inspections moving forward.
