Escape from the city to this cozy, private apartment. Our sleepy neighborhood sits high up on a ridge overlooking quaint Castle Rock. Just minutes away is the historic town of Castle Rock with eclectic restaurants, boutique shopping, breweries, parks and the nearby outlet mall. Step out to gorgeous Colorado sunsets, mountain views, nearby walking trails and enjoy this peaceful setting. Perfect spot to call home while you explore all that Castle Rock, Denver and the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
The space
This new apartment/suite is equipped with a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, a cozy family room and a modern two sink bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a compact washer/dryer unit. This is NOT a basement but a garden level private unit. You will enjoy your own entrances in the front and back. The garage separates the main home from the apartment.

There is ample parking and room for an RV, boat or trailer. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring one.

The kitchen has all full sized appliances - refrigerator, range, dishwasher, oven, microwave. There is everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or feast on take out.

We have an inviting private patio in back for our guests. It is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, and a dining table. A great way to start your day with a morning cup of coffee or finish up your day with wine and appetizers.

We strive to give you all the amenities you might find at home. Comfortable beds, quality linens, stocked kitchen and privacy. Feel free to inquire if there is something that we missed.

You have full access to the apartment and parking on the premises. Private entrance.
Other things to note
We have a sweet golden retriever that you may see in the back yard. She's super friendly and will give you lots of love if you let her.
