Quail Roost 1 is located in scenic Cosby, TN. and is a one side of a duplex (and completely private!) This is a truly unique spot not found anywhere else in the Smokies. The cabin-feel of the interior and the comfortable King Size bed will leave you rested and ready to explore all that the area offers. Day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, & even Asheville are available! The romantic deck is one of a kind complete with an outdoor soaking tub & pellet stove!

The Space:
Get ready for a romantic retreat at Quail Roost 1! We've got everything you need for the perfect getaway.

In the living room, kick back and relax on the sofa, side tables, and a big coffee table perfect for game night! The air/heat ductless unit keeps things comfy, and linens for the sleeper-sofa are provided.

Our kitchen may be small, but it packs a punch! You'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, plus a coffee and hot chocolate bar (yum!).

Sleep like royalty in our main bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and a King bed, fluffy mattress, and four pillows. With an electric fireplace, plenty of outlets and two nightstands, you'll be all set for a comfortable stay. We've got you covered with linens, a box fan, and a radiant heater, too.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and all the essentials you need, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent!

If you want your pup to join you, we welcome them and even provide a dog bed and food/water bowls for them! (extra fee applies for dogs... sorry, no cats allowed due to common allergies)

Enjoy the incredible (and new!) deck off the bedroom. There is a locked partition for complete privacy as well as outdoor curtains that can be drawn so you can enjoy a nice bubble bubble bath while soaking in the sounds of nature and the creek below. This deck is really where you'll want to spend your time... we even provide a pellet stove for those cold evenings. The front yard is where you'll find the fire pit and charcoal grills! (BYOWC - bring your own heating pellets for the stove/wood for the firepit/charcoal for the grill), and dine al fresco. And don't forget to stargaze - the sky is absolutely gorgeous around here!

Other Things to Note:
The house is located on a hill and has a relatively steep/unpaved driveway. It is easily accessible by any two-wheel drive car (and delivery trucks go down it all the time) but in winter weather, chains or 4WD might be needed. In adverse weather if guests don't feel comfortable going down the driveway, they can park at the top of the street and walk down. PLEASE take some time to read the HOUSE RULES regarding pets, visitors, etc in the "rules & policies" section!
