Thank you for the kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, the spacious layout, and that the home had everything you needed. We’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Crested Butte South.

Thanks for the great review! Hope to have you back sometime.

Thanks for being such wonderful guests! I hope you made unforgettable memories while you were here.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the beds comfortable, the linens clean, and enjoyed the location. Both the check-in and checkout instructions were available in the Vrbo app for the reservation. We also reached out during your stay to check in and make sure everything was going well, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Had we known you were having trouble locating the information, we would have been happy to resend it or assist right away. We understand that cell and internet service can occasionally be limited in the Crested Butte area, so we’ll continue looking for ways to make important arrival information as easy as possible for guests to access before their stay.

I'd love to have you back Michael! So glad you had a great time in Crested Butte and hope you have you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback, Ronald. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found us responsive during your stay. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously, and we addressed each concern as soon as it was brought to our attention. The window had been opened and inspected approximately one month before your stay without any issue, and we had never previously experienced a problem with it. After your report, we immediately arranged to have it inspected and corrected. We also followed up with our cleaning team regarding the dishwasher and grill so those areas receive additional attention between stays. While the description of the property as having a “vibe of neglect” does not reflect the condition in which we maintain the home or the experience reported by our other guests, we appreciate being made aware of anything that may need attention. We’re committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home for every guest and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

Thanks so much for being such wonder guests! I hope you enjoyed your time and made unforgettable memories! If you ever come back to town, I'd love to host you again.

Thank you so much, Debbie! We’re thrilled you had such a great stay and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and spacious layout. We work hard to make the home comfortable and convenient for families, so your thoughtful review means a lot to us. You were a wonderful guest, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime you return to Crested Butte!

Thanks for the feedback John. I believe all of this could have been dealt with during your stay with better communication. I am sorry that you didn’t enjoy and will definitely be looking into everything mentioned to get it fixed for future guests.

Mary, thanks for taking the time to write a review and leaving 4 stars. I’m glad you liked the interior. I spent 3 months and $30,000 last year to completely redo the inside of the place. I appreciate your feedback about the outside as well but would like to clarify some misunderstandings and inaccuracies: 1. There is a small section of space by the entrance that’s used for storage of tools and items that I use when I stay there. The ladders are used to work on the house, same with the wheelbarrow, rakes and other tools. 2. There is no “extra room” provided on my listing with “3 extra beds” and there never has been. The listing has always been 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room space with a pullout couch. I tried to contact you to ask you about it but haven’t heard a response. I wish that you would have contacted me to get a better understanding of what happened and been more willing to communicate about issues. As a host I’m not able to fix problems that I’m not aware of. In the future, to help everyone have a better time, please be more communicative with your hosts and allow them to troubleshoot your issues before posting reviews about your stay that might be inaccurate or remedied by a short conversation. Cheers! Scot
