Located amidst the action of downtown Charleston, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been recently renovated and will meet all of your traveling wants and needs. It has a bright, open layout and a mid-century modern design. Throughout the apartment guests will enjoy brand-new flooring, top-of-the-line appliances, trendy décor, chic light fixtures, comfortable furnishings, and more than enough space as well as privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 2 bedrooms are both spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

The host was very helpful and timely in his responses. The location was fabulous for us. We walked the neighborhoods and stopped at several shops/restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was great. The apartment was very clean, adequately supplied with kitchen items. The water pressure in the larger bathroom was not the best. But if you need to be near the Medical area of town, this is a perfect location.

We came for a month in MUSC. The apartment location is perfect and within walking distance of everything.The apartment was well-equipped, and we immediately responded to every problem.

Close to MUSC and downtown

My sons is at MUSC for a long stay. This was the perfect place to stay. Close enough to walk to MUSC and just a few blocks to King St where everything you think you want is located. Easy access to location quiet location. Pictures are exactly what you get. Great place to stay.

Nice Location

Check in did not go great-Parking passes weren’t left, didn’t get them for a few days and our cars got towed. It has been awhile since it was newly renovated, rugs need replaced, some of the furniture isn’t in great shape, the shower head was broken in one of the bathrooms. The dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter so it falls forward when you got to put things in or out. If you need a place close to MUSC and just a place to sleep at night this is right by MUSC a good location.

I gave a 5 star review because while there were initially issues with cleanliness, communication and check-in, Hudson with the Boroughs property management company ensured everything was remedied. There are still a couple items that need to be addressed, dishwasher is not attached to frame and falls forward and shower heads need work, one barely moves and the other has water flow problems. There is major construction noise all day and sometimes into the night with a commercial building going up next door until 2027. If you work the night shift be aware. The property area surrounding the building is pretty much unkept. The location and walkability is exceptional. The condo fit our needs. We were there for 28 days. VRBO customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. VRBO system over charged us and VRBO would not provide details of the charges. They told us we had to prove it before they would provide any information even though the receipt in their system showed the total charge and what our card was charged. Two different amounts. Again the Boroughs corrected the issue. In the end we were out all day so the noise wasn’t a problem for us. We enjoyed our stay.
