This charming 4-bedroom house is just a 5-minute walk from the sandy shores, so you can spend your days soaking up the sun and catching waves, and your evenings relaxing on the large front porch with a refreshing drink. ● Location: Surfside Beach of Freeport, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

Down the hall, you`ll find comfortable sleeping quarters for your whole group. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds for a luxurious sleep, while another boasts a queen and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. The fourth bedroom features a set of full-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for the younger crew.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
