Nestled just two blocks off of Fredericksburg's Main Street, Marktplatz, and community pool, the charming historic 1870s Rosebud on Schubert is a quintessential Fredericksburg home to unwind with friends and family after a day of shopping and wine tasting. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper or lower patio rocking chairs and kick your feet up around the fire pit after an easy stroll home from dinner. This home is ideal for a family gathering, a bridal party or couples getaway.
This designer home sleeps up to 8 adults with additional room for children, with two queen beds outfitted in luxury linens in each of the spacious bedrooms, and a third room with a daybed and trundle to accommodate any combination of family, friends and small children. The home features a downstairs powder room and two full en suite bathrooms on the upper level, as well as ample closet space for luggage storage. Yard games and a foosball table will keep even the most active guests busy, and board games are available for play in the living room that comfortably seats six people. Although we encourage guests to unplug, a separate open concept office nook provides a place to quickly catch up on emails.
Other amenities of the home include a fully stocked kitchen, complete laundry room, a variety of coffees with cream and sugar, a bottle of Fredericksburg wine, cocktail essentials and a dining room to gather for meals. A pack 'n' play is available, along with sound machines, extra pillows and all of your essential toiletries.

Guests will have access to the entire main home, expansive backyard and carriage house, as well as private gated parking on the property. The property boasts an huge, private backyard on the nearly 1/2 acre original Fredericksburg Townlot.
Historic homes are full of unique qualities like narrow stairways and water closets and raised floor moldings between rooms. Please watch your step! Because of the home's proximity to Fredericksburg's Main Street, some evening noise is possible.
