Community Access Requirements:
This home is located in a private, secure gated community. To gain access, a rental application must be completed and submitted at least 72 hours before arrival. This includes:

-Names, ages, and addresses of all guests
-Relationship to the primary renter
-Failure to submit on time may result in a $100 late processing fee from the community, payable by the guest.
